Habilitative Supports / Respite

At A New Leaf, we offer habilitative support and respite services for children. Typically participants qualify through Medicaid with a developmental disability, although private pay is available.

A New Leaf provides community-based Habilitative Supports services to children ages 3 through 18. Our program focuses on providing a child with opportunities to practice skills they have learned in other therapies, explore their interests, and be an active part of their community. Habilitative Supports services can address daily living skills, mobility, communication skills, and personal care skills. Your child will be supported in the community by a Habilitative Support Technician who has met the training and experience requirements set by the state of Idaho.
